Our B.R.Q. models (Burst Resistance Quality) resist puncture from any source, however in case of a puncture, ball deflates slowly. Active users work on aerobic exercises, stretching, strengthening and relaxation, and classroom students get the same benefits while actively sitting. Virtually every muscle in the core and legs is used. Choose a size by measuring the individual's arm length (arm pit to finger tips) and ordering the closest ball size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Quality I just purchased this size ball, for one of my 3rd grade kiddos. I teach Special Ed at an elementary school, and my class is made up of 3rd and 4th graders. Though it supposedly has a 225 lb weight capacity, it is really too small for a larger child. Luckily the child I purchased this for, is smaller, so this chair works. I am planning to order the next size up, for the rest of my kiddos. Also suggest buying the pump they sell..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Questionable Quality Although my students LOVED these chairs were able to burn some energy while they worked, within 4 months of receiving the chairs, 8 had gone down due to a split where the ball meets the feet - a factory defect as far as I can tell. The company was great about replacing each chair as it went down, but the warranty only covered a year and I finally opted for a refund, knowing the balls would never survive up to, let alone past, a year in the classroom.
