Rated 5 out of 5 by from Student Clocks Are a "Must Have" in the Primary Grades These clocks (LER 2202) are the perfect size for kindergartners. They have hour and minute hands that turn easily. Each has a small stand that can be attached so that the clocks stay upright, though my students usually just use them without the stands. The stands snap into place against the back of the clocks for easy storage. I bought this set to go with the Classroom Clock Kit (LER 2102.) The classroom set has 1 large demonstration clock and 24 student clocks, but I typically have 25 or 26 students in my class each year. The smaller set has 6 clocks which are identical to the student clocks in the classroom set, so I purchased the Big Time Mini Clock kit (LER 2202) to have enough clocks for all of my students. Allowing young children to have their own clocks to hold and manipulate is a great way for them to learn how to tell time. These are good clocks for modeling time concepts, and I would definitely recommend them to other classroom teachers.
