How Do I Make a Return?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products please call our Customer Care Department at 800-225-3739 within 30 days. Our friendly and courteous Customer Care Representatives are happy to assist you with all of your customer service needs. All products must meet your expectations or we will make it right for you. Call Center hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm EST.
How is My Order Shipped?
Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours and are delivered to you within 3-5 business days. Due to high volume in summer, please allow an additional 1-3 days. Truck shipments may take additional time.

• Add 12% to all products to cover shipping and handling

Some items must be shipped via motor truck freight. Additional shipping charges will be included on your invoice. If we must ship via motor truck freight the fee is 15% of the order with a minimum charge of $99.
